I felt more motivated to exercise.I like the classes that I take and I enjoy losing weight. I know I have to wake up early for my Thursday and Friday class but I still manage to get up and hit the gym.Now I know what Joel is talking about, he used to tell me that once I get to start and see some result I will have more drive to do it.I'm so glad I'm doing it.My instructors varies probably because they all work on different muscle of the body.Now the only thing I regret is not having a before and after picture.I know its still a long way but I cant stop now.
